Shipping Policy

At Nepal Threads Pvt. Ltd., we ensure reliable and efficient international shipping. We deliver our products worldwide — including but not limited to the USA, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.

Your order will typically arrive at your doorstep within 7–10 business days. If the ordered items are in stock, we usually dispatch them within 2–3 business days. For custom or bulk orders, the preparation and shipment process may take up to 10 business days before leaving our warehouse.

Production Timeline

- Samples: 1–2 business days

- Bulk/Custom Orders: 7–20 business days, depending on quantity and complexity

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times

Delivery time varies depending on the courier service provider:

- FedEx: 4–7 business days

- DHL: 4–7 business days

- Skynet/Dpex: 7–10 business days

Please note: Nepal Threads Pvt. Ltd. does not have control over courier delays, customs holds, or any other shipping issues that may occur after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.


Free Shipping

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all products.
However, a small “Out of Zone Delivery Fee” applies at checkout for the following countries:

Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Fiji, Ghana, Greenland, Iceland, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Jersey, Macau, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Ukraine, Uruguay, and Venezuela.


Customs and Duties

For shipments outside Nepal, applicable taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

International orders may be subject to import duties or fees as determined by your local customs authorities. Nepal Threads Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any such additional costs.

While we have successfully delivered to several European destinations without customs charges, this cannot be guaranteed. We will, however, make every effort to minimize or avoid such fees where possible.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Before making a purchase, please contact us if you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return or refund.

Conditions for Returns

- Change of mind does not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

- Claims for defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Returned items must be in saleable condition — clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

- Unless the return is due to our error or a product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds apply only to the cost of the merchandise; shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Custom orders, DIY Kits, or special order items are non-returnable.

- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status.

- If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your card issuer.


U.S. Shipping & Tariff Notice

Shipments to the United States are subject to a 10% base tariff plus existing import duties (approximately 6%).
All customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once your order reaches the U.S., the courier service (e.g., DHL or FedEx) will contact you via email or SMS to collect the required import fees before delivery.
