We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Before making a purchase, please contact us if you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return or refund.

Conditions for Returns

- Change of mind does not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

- Claims for defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Returned items must be in saleable condition — clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

- Unless the return is due to our error or a product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds apply only to the cost of the merchandise; shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Custom orders, DIY Kits, or special order items are non-returnable.

- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status.

- If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your card issuer.
